On Saturday 22nd October the beautiful city of York (north of England) will be graced by the beautiful melodic yet dark music of some exceptional acts from the European Gothic/Dark scene. Supporting them will be an exciting new project from two established UK musicians.
This exciting alternative music event presents a very rare opportunity to see some of the most talented acts in this genre live in the UK, up close and personal in an intimate venue. We are very proud to present:

After the bands there will be an opportunity to dance the night away (to 2am) with DJs De’Ath (Darklands, Black Veil) and Andy C (Continuum, Black Veil) playing the best Dark and Gothic music from around the world.
The event will be hosted by the live music venue Stereo, 54 Gillygate, very close to the city centre. Advance tickets are priced £19.50 and are available online from TicketWeb, See Tickets, Fatsoma and Skiddle. Advance tickets will also be available from the venue during Darklands (8th October from 10:30pm) without any booking fee. Subject to availability, tickets may also be purchased on the door for £25. Age restriction 18+, R.O.A.R.

Sunday: Guided Tour of York
For those staying the weekend, a guided walking tour of the city will depart from Exhibition Square (very close to Stereo) at 2.30pm on Sunday 23rd October. This will be free with the festival wrist-band.
